I've been with other companies that have used my time and it does not give employees livable paychecks. It is not the best system to write schedules. This system just reduced employee hours about 20%. Good lord one restriction severely penalizes your hours. Only request days off you truly need unless you want <25 hrs a week. Customers: you will be affected by this as well. You'll find shelves under stocked, less help in the departments and the employees getting more stressed due to lack of scheduled help.... If you think it's bad now just wait until this system ripples through to the physical level.
Stores have been full staffed before and the higher ups have all witnessed associate laziness to the full extent. shelves werent stocked then either cause its nothing but those people on their phones all the time, taking longer breaks, coming in late and taking excessive bathroom breaks just to go on their phone. You all have no one to blame but yourselves.
