I am so sick of trying to take vacation only to get screwed over with a 10 day work week. Say for example if I want 4 days off in a row i have to work a 8 day work week to get it. Same if I take 12 days off I have to work 10-12 days in a row to get it on both sides. I'm sorry kroger but 15 yrs of this practice it's clear it's not going to change any time soon. I'm going back to counting 6 days out before and after vacation to end this bull sh---it. No point to working to exhaustion so you can't enjoy your vacation. This is bulll sh---it!
