Anyone else sick of being worked to exhaustion because kroger has no staff to fill the void and give staff days off?
Since My time roll out my schedule has been mucked up and they forced full time on me and I do not want it. My body can not do full time and it's wearing me down. I've voiced this concern to them before but it falls on death ears. The last couple months I've been sick a lot and started calling out for them. Enough of this b.s.
Had to take spring quarter off because of how they f*'d up my schedule so I had to not take classes that quarter. Been getting a lot of 7+ day work weeks. I always get sick on day 6 and it's not worth the money for your health.
Kroger you need to get your act together if you want any staff. You keep hiring people but turn over is so high due to the fact people get into the job and realize its' not worth the b.s. and you're not treated with respect, given livable paychecks and realize moral at most stores is deader than dead.
