Department managers are lashing out onto associates before they quit

Human Resource will do anything but hold it against the associate. Department manager will lash everything out on associate(s) or the target associate. 

The culture covers every department. On the sales floor and off the sales floor. One Department Manager is leaving and that one is has been lashing out for 3 months and still is.

 Its well deserved. A majority of ASSociates arent known for only 3 things..

Smell like sweet sweaty ASS.

They are trash and dont work just phone all day long

Some good ones who actually WORK and not STINK.

Good on the managers for lashing it cause its long overdue!

 There are kind associates. Try meeting them prior grouping them into jerks.

Good. Managers are sick of the lazy ass associates who just sit in bathrooms 8 times out of the day and just constantly stay on their phones. managers are tired of babysitting these worthless lazy bums.

Please report this to ethics department. We had a manager at my last location do this and I filed an ethics report and he got a reprimand for this.

oh, before the managers quit. not the employees. forcing people to quit by abusing them in every imaginable fashion is pretty common. happily, i've mostly only noticed a lack of interest by managers who are soon leaving.

Seen a few managers drive a number of lazy ass hole associates out the door. One manager told me she made a mistake and she just blamed it on the new lazy hire employee lol.
