There's an influx of customers entering the store and needing to be hand held to guide them where items are. Has your store train customers to be self sufficient?
Like could the store train customers to walk within the store to shop whatever they need? I had seen an college student texting on the phone and asked the employee to do all the shopping on the spot for the college student. An cashier shouted "Why don't you shop online? Use the ClickList!"
Kroger needs to train ASSociates A LOT more than anything. Dumb ass clowns dont know where anything is at 90% of the time. Management has to constantly watch and babysit these scum so they actually work and not be on their phones. Its just pathetic at this point and to get paid such a high wage a hour is even more of a joke.

Oh YeAh, $15/hour is SuCh A hUgE aMoUnT.
but in regards to the original question: its certainly possible. I like pointing them to what they need to press, muscle memory can develop.
Instacart people are the worst. I'll show you where stuff is in my department, but that's it. I'm not doing your job for you.
I have this (not so) "nasty" habit of letting insta-cart shoppers do their own job of shopping... I'll tell them where 1 maybe 2 items are at the most, the rest is on them.
