I need not 40 hrs a week but will work it if requested. We only have 2 active staff in a department that would function better with 4 and are not even given 40 hrs a week. Oh, yes corporate a deli department can fully run on 2 people plus lead and you're wondering why sales are down and freshness is repeatedly an F. Corporate you have unrealistic ideas of what is considered acceptable for job duties. We're already doing the job duties of 3-4 people and you're just milking it and making it worse. Causing high turn over and staff seeking new career options. No wonder call outs are high and I'm going back to joining them. You give us 3 free call outs a month and I do not care if it is paid or not. My hope died a long time ago with this company because of how you treat employees.
