Oh, I'm sorry that kroger can't hire enough staff but would rather hire utility clerk as floaters to fill the void. Which isn't even helpful half the time. A department needs more than 2 staff to operate efficiently. Instead of complaining about it kroger hire some damn staff. Even when school ends I'm going down to 4 days a week. I'm tired of being exhausted. I'm tired of spending my days off recovering from exhaustion. Life is too short to spend the bulk of it at work not enjoying any of it.

Here in Georgia, students are limited to 20 hours a week when school is in session. When it is summer vacation/holiday breaks/spring break they can work 40 hours a week. A manager in my store got into some big time trouble for scheduling a student for 40 hours after school had just started. This is for high school students-college students can work any number of hours.
