Depends on how serious the violation is or if it is a nuisance. My last store took 2 yrs to ban a male customer hitting on all the females. He was in his 70's and hitting on all the women from 30-60.
We have one customer that's special needs that harassed certain employees. Employees told this guy to "back the f*ck off" because NOTHING was being done.
The employees MISTAKENLY got "suspended" (fired) for that.the reason being, special needs guy got scared because he felt they were going to beat thr crap out of him (they were).
But this guy NEVER got banned. They should ban him from the store for his own safety...another of employees are after this guy.
We had something similar happen in my store. But it involved a special-needs employee who called another employee the "N" word. If this was a regular employee they would have been fired on the spot. Employee (a courtesy clerk) threatened to sue and the special needs employee was transferred to another store on the "advice" of his job coach. We have had a problem inside the store with racist behaviour from customers and employees and sadly nothing seems to have been done about it.

If they want to get rid of you you are stuck with the harassment. Unless they think you cam get something done about it. If they think you can make trouble for them they will work with the harrasser and maybe work something out. Kroger uses its own sexual harassment and does not really encourage outsiders because they are harder to control.
