You think with reduced hours they'd get my single day off requests at least honored. Nope. I warned ya I will call out those days. I see which side you chose to be on.

Messing with you is standard practice. Grooming slaves. Your education is important.

I did it I called out for the test so I could pass the class. Not failing 2 k worth of classes because they refuse to ignore availablity. Guess they didn't believe me when mid quarter came and I told them I will literally be on campus taking tests/quizzes for 8 days scattered to end of quarter. About 1 or 2 a month.

Awesome quote. Kroger is designed to hold you back and keep you enslaved to them as long as possible. Their corporatization practices only satisfy the big wigs and they could care less about squishing the peons that make their stores function. Oh, wait you're easily disposable. And they'd love to hire a minimum wage nobody with zilch experience, no training and shove them in management. Thus encouraging the minimum wage cycle going.

Before the early 2000's this place was so-so an opportunity. Around 2015 it became a dead end go no where paycheck job with zero promotional opportunities. And quite the shi---t show.

And when you return to work those days, be sure to keep proof that you were indeed in your classes, that way when they try to write you up, your class schedule will prevent that from happening. It's a nice way of saying "F*ck your write ups."

Downside: if management is a douchenozzle be on the lookout for any retaliation that will come your way

Good now some managers will have it in for you. Now they have a reason for getting rid of you good riddance though.

How hard can it be to pass clown school?  Its not like you do any work there anyway. Just another lazy associate scum who pawns off his share of duties to others.

Why would management have it out? Because of choosing to go to class despite being scheduled  outside ones availability, saying "Fu*k the write ups" or both?

They dont recognize clown school as an actual class. Everyone knows associates are just dumber than dog sh-it. All they lnow is iPhones and stealing. The day of the associate is coming to a end thank god too!

Look NGR but the needs of the business come first. You have 2 days off so do your business then not on Kroger time. slacker
