Since our new schedule writer took over our scheduling has been a total mess for everyone. Horus cut, hours down, staff complaining about getting 30 hrs a week or less in many cases.... Even the leads in many cases only getting about 30 hrs a week and they need at least 40-45 to do their job right. wtf? The union scored a win for me recently on some scheduling issues. I'm pretty good about sticking to schedule but a lot of people in my store are not. Everyone seems to make up their own schedule and work when they want or they'll milk the clock. I only stay over scheduled shift if lead requests it. Even then I max out at 8 hrs I don't go insane like 1-3 hrs ot.
