I'm honestly sick of our current store manager. I am glad this is a training store and we don't get a manager longer than 6-12 months at most. This current manager is quite an aff hole. I've had numerous issues with him and filed a union grievance against him for targeted harassment for various bs he was doing that was unethical to kroger standards. If he's not careful he will loose all of our department crew. Two of us are already in process of finding new employment opportunities as we're sick of this bs and it appears it's getting worse.
