My time does not register that you took  30 min lunch. Lately it's been saying exception long break. I really hate this ducken time clock. Many coworkers have noticed their punches are way off and several have had to investigate their last month worth of pay as nothing was right. 

Always double check your punches. Don't wait until you notice 2-3 paychecks being 10-20% off. Kroger expects you to catch this sort of thing in a timely manner. I check 3 times a week my punches. If one isn't right I correct it. My last manager was right in saying "You do not correct your punches the day before pay day. You do not wait until the end of the week to fix everything. You fix your punches in a timely manner. Like 5-30 min after the punch no later than 12-24 hrs after.
