For some reason, they keep giving me early @ss lunches. Like 3-3˝ hourd after I start. I am NOT ready to take my lunch at that time. So with that being said, I ONLY take my lunch 4-4˝ AFTER I start my shift. I'm not a checker or a utility/courtesy clerks, I work clicklist/stocking so I'm sure they can manage by themselves during the time I chose to take lunch.
I've had these early @ss lunches EVERY. DAMN. DAY that I've worked (mon-fri) and im.proud to say I took my lunch 4 hours AFTER I started.

I usually take my lunch 6 hours after my shift starts. The earliest I will take it is 5 1/2 hours after my shift starts. My shift starts at 5 AM and I am not taking a lunch at 9:00 in the morning. You need to move to move to department that's more task driven rather than customer driven. There's meat, dairy, frozen, drug/GM. Even deli and bakery have jobs that are more task driven rather than customer driven. You just have to make sure you don't leave the department empty handed unless it can't be helped.
