I work as a cc and I am relatively good at bagging. My question is, when I am working on bagging and order doni HAVE to let a customer "help" bag the order? Can I just say "it's OK I got this." Because honestly, the customer slows me down and get in my way

Who's paying for the groceries?  The customer can tell you they'll bag it themselves, but you cannot tell the customer the reverse.

Why would you NOT let them help?

 

Are you paying for their groceries? No.

Do you have to let them help if they ask? Yes

Does it matter if they "get in your way?" No.

 

In short you MUST let them help bag their groceries...it DOES NOT matter if they get in your way.
