I started applying for other jobs outside the kroger family. I am honestly sick of the discrimination our manager has displayed upon me in the past year. The union is utterly useless and wins just turn around to a half win later and some times right back to where the problem started. Nope, done being treated like second class. I will start with hour supplement to transition out of this company. Heck if I like the new employment I'll swap kroger to 1 day a week for health insurance while I wait to see if the new job is working out or not. 18 yrs of this cr--p hole is enough. Good beginner job horrible career job.
