If our lead doesn't learn to shut his big fat alcoholic mouth about various sexism comments he's been making coupled with verbal harassment at us/ in front of us/ directed at us/ and talking sh*-it behind our backs... Yea this company is going to get one. If the union says I am 1000% correct on it being sexism I'm finding a lawyer soon. 6 months of this bs coupled with a life time of harassment from kroger customers and shi--ty aff managers.

You have no case and will be laughed out the door..youre probably instigating it. I swear ASSociates are just the biggest scammers of all time.
Update: Union meeting today if union dictates I am being discriminated against for reasons --- I'll proceed with an eeoc claim. I've endured a lot of bs over the years and minor forms of harassment and am sick of others wining. Nope, turning the tides.

You fail to mention the type of discrimination and what it involves. You don't have to be specific, but without more details, people are going to think you're just a whiner and you deserve what you get.
