No, employees would only be satisfied until the next holiday comes along and they complain about the store being opened. If Kroger really wanted to create good will, they would give us enough people and hours to do the job properly and they would stop micromanaging everything. I'm almost certain that many of the people in charge are DEI hires who don't know what they're doing.

No it wont. 80% of Kroger ASSociates do nothing but steal, stay on their phones, Dont work, cry about hours, and generally smell like sh!t. You people will always complain and never be satisfied
