I am so sick of corporates little snipes that go in and harass grade you over every damn detail. Our department is a clutter f* mess to begin with and I'm tired about worrying about if I'll be employed or not. Nope, if they're only coming in on Tuesdays now I'm no longer working Tuesdays. My home schedule is getting pretty busy and I need more than one day a week I can rely on for scheduling things. I use to always be able to pass shops and now with this new crack down it's near impossible to pass with a clutter f* team that's so under trained no one knows how to do their jobs correctly. I'm not loosing my job because they brought in a lead that's a drunken alcoholic that can't get a damn order right. Coupled with a team that can not perform to standards or even half a$$ed perform to standards.
No one in our store wants to work secret shop days any more. Now that everyone knows they're Tuse no one wants to work Tuse. Before corporate started writing up people on missing one little check box these things use to be pretty passable. Miss one damn check box and they fail you and could care less about excuses or if you're low functioning. Too many variables fail you and I'm sick of it. My condition faired up when I started picking up extra shifts and I'm not going out of my way any more.
