My store has been horribly hot for the last month and a half. Employees all over the store are beginning to struggle with the heat especially now since we are having a heat wave. Customers have been complaining for weeks and still no air conditionin. when we as we are told they are fixing it sure. Anyone else having this issue?
You store doesn't have controls for air/heating system it's off at headquarters in middle of country only contactable from 9-5 office hours mon-fri and I ain't joking!
The only place they have heat system is in the front end and that's just for the customers. I'm just glad I can escape to a 38 degree cooler from time to time for heat relief.

Sometimes a manager can log in on the computer system and control the air conditioning. Just like the music that is played they control the volume from the computer. Also there still should be an amplifier for the PA Intercom system that has a master control.
