I work with 2 in my department that have ghost quit and it's super frustrating. It should not take checks from the office to make sure staff is working to get write ups. It should not take 2 yrs to fire someone who practices this because of union protection.
Our floral lead has pretty much given up on her department and it's been a mess since well Easter 2025 (apr). You are a good person dear but you need to decide what is your next career path or income move. This position you currently have is not working out and please do something before the company decides what to do with you. As you're a lead position more is expected of you. I get it this company sucks but you still gotta do the bare minimum if you wish to retain your employment.
