Some confusion made us file some stuff against the store. It is confirmed from the union that they can not punish you for a third party service failing the secret shop program. They also can not fire you over the secret shop program as it is a third party vendor.  Do not sign any thing they put in front of you stating you miss one = write up. No, your managers can not do this. Call your union if they're harassing you over this.
