I remember why I am getting sick of this job. It didn't help my current store manager has been treating me like dirt all year long and I'm getting fed up. After several ethics, a few union calls and some corrective actions, he has backed off a little. However, if the bs starts up again I will file an eeoc against my company. They don't realize how serious I am at filing one. Yes, I have a claim. No, quitting isn't the answer.
Financially I am well off enough to step down in hours and can easily get through the next couple years of schooling on reduced income. It's time to say good bye from this hell hole and start a new opportunity.
My company isn't going to like me this year for the survey as I have a thing or two to say and I'm tired of all the bs my store gets away with. I'm entitled to my opinion. No, I'm not saying f* you. It is professional to the degree it allows.
Not sure what state you are posing from but in Georgia school starts August 4th and there should be more hours available since students are limited to around 22 hours a week when school is in session and they can work full time 40 hours during school holidays/summer break
