Heard from my Union rep that 431 is in a mess with the current management. I have had telephone exchanges with Ingrid and she was VERY rude. 441 not much better, 3 MOD were transferred out and the store manager has a string of complaints against her (the most recent one filed last week.) WTH is going on?!?
