My coworker can be such a dick for his schedule. I've been in this gig a lot longer than you have and I highly suggest you read the schedule writing rules. I don't request a lot of time off but you don't need to be an a$$ hole when you see changes in your schedule. 1 this is getting old and 2 it disrespects your coworkers when you throw a tantrum over something as simple as scheduling or your hours being 2-3 shy of a full 40 hrs a week. I am seeing why you never elevated past entry level low level jobs you simply lack the capacity to be able to do so and don't show any signs of improving your self to be able to do so.
You have no idea how lucky you were for the past year to get a preferential schedule. If the manager actually gave a damn, you would of gotten my shii--ty schedule and I would of not seen a drop in hours thus what resulted in the almost eeoc claim. You're now getting a dose of reality and I regret covering your aff the last time you ****ed up and won't do it again. I have seniority over you so unless i leave the department you'll just have to suck it up. Not everything I do can fall on my set days off. Now and then you get an appointment or something else that falls outside that time frame. You can grow up and suck it up.
I like my current role but I am liking my team less and less. This has got to be some of the not brightest batch in the group people I've worked with in a while.
