I've been working with my coworker for over a year and he won favoritism in our prior manager and he got placed into the closer position. He's one write up away from being fired. Despite the fact he thinks he's free from all the write ups the prior manager gave him. He shows very little if at all desire to improve him self or go beyond where and what he is scheduled to do. He only knows how to stock and repeatedly he has been told time and time again he's not doing anything correctly. Despite the fact we have very strict stocking/filling rules. it amazes me the dumb affes this company hires then the union protects them as if they've "done nothing wrong". I hate to say it but this dumb aff needs a cold dose of reality. I don't think he left his job because he wanted to. He was either 1 write up away from being fired and wanted to leave on good terms or he was forced to leave because he was fired. So that means he was lying to us all along. Don't even get me started on the fact that he's a trump supporter, not even vaccinated and has no problem spewing political bs in the work place.... This is the shi--t of a coworker I work with.
