Ever since they rolled out esced no one at my store has been getting paid vacations and we frequently have to remind them to cash out vacation pay. If this happens again I will move forward with an official grievance. No I am not requesting vacations during black out periods. Yes I am inputting it 2+ months in advance. No I am not overlapping it with coworker vacations. No you should not have to wait for your annual anniversary date to get paid for your vacations for the year. At this point of 15+ months of dealing with this issue I will consider a grievance and maybe more if it continues as it is turning into discrimination at this point especially since this seems to be isolated to me.
