Yesterday I was in a hurry to leave after work because I had somewhere to be; plus i was tired from organizing the backroom to get ready for a SUPER LARGE order that was coming in for today.
I was in the line yesterday with a couple items and a 12pk beer I was getting. This woman bitching about moneybin her account and how she didn't want to break a large bill to pay. The line was growing longer behind me and I was running out of patience.
After 10 min of going back and forth I called my cousin and said, im just gonna leave and get my items next time. I'll try and be there soon. Gonna be a couple min late though. It sucks." I leave.
Come in today and clocked in. Turns out the woman ahead of me got super pissed st what I said and felt it was "unprofessional" to complain (it was NOT.)
This woman was not older and I didn't have my apron on it was in my cart. Corporate took HER side which I think was stupid.
No, im NOT sorry, and no I will NOT apologize being as I did NOTHING wrong.
My store manager is trying to be neutral in all of this but this woman customer wants results and this to be settled NOW.
