I usually don't mind being a team player but our miss micromanager has taken it a step further and calls us at inappropriate times. She isn't the brightest when it comes to common sense or courtesy and acts like she's in charge when she's not. I'm getting more and more uncomfortable working with her. I blocked her number today when she called me on a sleep in day and she called me super early and I'm a little peeved at her.
If she says anything, tell her that any Kroger business must be conducted while you are on the clock, with the exception of asking you if you can come in to work or change your schedule.
