Oh, boo hoo our lead is now crying that he can't come in and work when ever until when ever. Corporate finally put the foot down on this. Two wins for me actually. 1 He's been an alcoholic drunk since day one and an sob to work with. He's threatening to quit because he wants to work night crew shifts and throwing a tantrum over it. 2. Our micromanager staff thinks he's an "amazing" lead when in reality he's a b'--itch. (I've worked with a lot of leads and this one is a mean sob.) Second win for me is that micromanager will quit or transfer with lead if he moves or quits over his schedule.
Two wins for me!
I hate to say it but my current team this round sucks. The quality of help they hire off the streets is getting worse and worse and I've decided to start job hunting because of it. No more low-bos, hobo's, or did nothing with their life people, under educated folk either.... I'm done. I'm out. If I have to keep this job 1 day a week for a fall back or insurance I will.
