Our department has had preferential scheduling treatment for 2 years or so. Everyone is getting pissy because of this change. This is how it's supposed to be rotating random shuffling schedules with no set schedule. I've always had this schedule and thought it was bias discrimination to have preferential scheduling treatment. Hey, I was 100% correct on that. Corporate, stop being spineless weasel and grow a damn spine and make our lead work and do what he's suppose to do. He crashed and burned on his first day was a dick to work with. I'm going to guess it's about a month before one of us files an ethics report against him because he's a miserable jerk to work with. Our miss micromanager needs to be careful she has no idea how close I am to talking to management about her micromanaging behavior.
Don't be such a whiny baby. What about seniority? A person who's worked there for ten years should certainly get preferential treatment over someone who's only been there for only a few or less. I have seniority over everyone in my department, including the leader. If more than one of us asks off for a certain day, and only one of us can get it, guess who's going to get it. Me. I paid my dues and worked my way up the ranks. Everyone else needs to too.
He's been getting a preferential schedule treatment for 2 yrs since he came into our store and you shouldn't be taking this sob mean alcoholic's side. He's an aff hole. He stole my hours because he works 50 hr work weeks without lunches or breaks. He's never satisfied about anything and has had more than one write up for being a nasty b--it-ch to his team. No one is happy with him and he's whining now that he can't have freedom in his schedule. No, someone should of written up his aff a long time ago for putting in so much unapproved over time. Told him you work the schedule we give you or your gone.
