Our new store manager is conducting interviews asking employees about their families and what they do on their off time.  He's even asking so-called psychological questions such as what your favorite color is.  I feel these questions are none of his business unless it is directly related to working at Kroger.  What's the best way to tell him that personal information is none of his business?
