Calling union on mis micromanager. She's crossing a line.

Don't let micromanagers that are not classified as a leadership role ruin your once upon a time good department where staff actually talked to each other and got along well with each other. Then mis micromanager transfers in and bitterly destroys that good standing we use to have. She's now putting her finger print on the schedule and she can't do that. She mucks with all of our schedules except her preferential treatment schedules on select staff and it's getting out of control. She frequently mucks with our schedules and does not give the sufficient 48 hr gap for the modification. She's now scheduling us outside our avaiblities and no one is happy. She does not have consent to modify or muck with the schedule her self but she is convincing the managers to do it and this. This is starting to enter into violation as she keeps threatening to not honor any time off requests and that's not acceptable. Every one is sick of her micromanaging the department and she is not a lead. I'm going to call the union on her. I have more than a decade of experience and she's only going off of 2 years of physical experience despite the fact the union says more but she really only has 2 years with the company. I'm going to end this and call the union. She's swapped several shifts with me and has been no-call no-show to every one of her halfs and she became a negative nancy when she found out I blocked her phone number for calling too much. I'm calling the union and ending this.
