We know fellow coworker(s) that you call out the day before a vacation starts and the day you are to get back. They double schedule that week fully knowing that. So stop bi''ching about how there's two people on the schedule. It's not because they're replacing you, it's because they know you will call out. They want  coverage from a reliable individual. This job might suck but you still need to show up for it. I've also watched your work ethic dear and trust me I would not hire you knowing what I know now about you.
