Don't you love the selfishness of people? My coworker decides to go down to 3 days a week and that means my days off shuffle around. She's b'ch'n about how I'm not going to be there on a weekend day now and she's the one who set up her schedule. My arability restricts me to 3 days off and that means 2 of my days off will now be different. She's now complaining about how I'm not going to be there on a high volume day and I'm fine with that. She short of shot her self in the foot on this one. As long as I get my minimum hours and have one week day for appointments i could really care less. I think I decided to move forward with telling her she can't keep changing or modifying my schedule any more. I'm sticking to esced from here on out even if management screws me a bit in hours. My job is more important than you dear b'ch'n about the schedule being wrong or off.
1 you don't make the schedule. 2 You don't have control over the schedule. 3 I called the union for questions and they said you are actually in huge violation for doing this coupled with the lead for allowing it. 4 you're close to retirement age grow up and act like an adult.
