actually not all black people are i have seen some pretty lazy whites and one guy i work with is a total idiot he has been working there for at least 5 months now and he still doesn't know what goes in any of the isle and while he works in other isles he screws it up and when i complain he says he doesn't give a s***!

It is good to know that some Black people are lazy because I work in Richmond, VA and Blacks better jump when the manager come around. White people do very little and get paid the same. I am not a racist but I lsee white people walking outside to smoke but Blacks better have their aisle clean. You say you are not racist but you start off by saying Blacks are Lazy, instead of saying I work with a lazy Black guy. Indeed you are racist because you just stereotyped a group of people.

First of all, you're responding to just ONE black person you know. He DOES NOT in any way DEFINE an entire race! Answer this question: is he the ONLY black employee working at this store? If he isn't, then do the other black employees exhibit the same unprofessional work habits as him? If your answer is NO, then you should not "lump" the entire race with the actions of just one person! There are undesirable people in each race as well as your race. I bet you would not appreciate someone else associating you with someone who's less than stellar! Get a grip and treat each individual accordingly.

BTW, I find it hard to believe that your establishment would tolerate such unprofessional work behavior for 20 years! Especially, when companies are always looking for ways to increase productivity and save bucks!!!

i'm working with the laziest person i've ever known and he happens to be black, but still i know an white guy who lives on welfere and refuses to work. So ireally don't know what to say, but lazy ppl seem to come frome every race except for maybe asian. I still hate lazy ppl though and i think they should all be impaled... Black, white, alien or whatever (".)

p.s. I would rather connect laziness to culture and nationality than specific race. ;)

Most black people here now have nothing to do with that and aren't related to slaves. What I've noticed is that younger black males (20-30) ARE lazy. They won't try to learn anything new, never try to memorized anything job-related (but they sure can memorize a song about a rapper saying how his listeners are chumps that put him into the big bucks without realizing they're being insulted), and are content to play on their phones while watching YOU do the work. I'm also black, btw, and was raised with a strong work ethic.

I agree in that. And I'm a white guy! I've seen hella white folk be lazy as hell the. Get pissed when YOU don't do THEIR work. But I hate racisim. email only. They must attempt to get welfare or stamps. So they play the no one will hire me game. 7 I tried to have face to

face to hire them. One 11 times they no showed for a meeting. I offered any time in the day 9-6 then any time this week m-f

9-6. Nothing. Just asked for email to confirm meeting times. They use that and cry no one will hire me. Hey not all. When

blacks grow up with whites. They open up and trust. They also get attacked by their own people if they work for or hang with

whites. A lot are brilliant and their just the same, the hate stops a lot of it, who cares about skin. I have hard working

successfully black buddies. Your first job is to learn to second and then a career if your talented you rise. Hard work but can you

also make other people better. Why managers can suck. They are afraid of below them passing them For 20% more pay. Any

married couple by 35 can both work and make $50,000 a year. Thats bottom McDonalds with years in. So if you do that and

your kids and kids kids married both work. Kids when afford. Three generations 3rd be a millionaire 1000%. First Time home

buyer 5% down 300k is 15k down and $1200 month. You pass that now 500k home to kids. It flips quick. Live if your job is

to give your kids a better shot then you have at life. The next up mentality. Thats how I was brainwashed and wealth comes
