What a sad sorry ass store. It used to be a good place to work at. It used to be a goo shop at. Now its a nasty ass wreck. Corporate made it that way with all the stupid monotonus paperwork and scans. With all the stupid programs that are a waste of money because they have no real philosophy to go by other than li...

Could be, but wouldn't you like to review the "proprietary" agreement? Kroger closed the store in Feb, pissing off everyone. Then gave 2269 Lamar Ave to another company cause they nice. $500,000 bit of real estate? Hmm.

I'll bet corporate will be stopping there for lunch all the time now. This is the store that has APARTMENTS ON TOP OF IT. https://www.cincinnati.com/s...

Might actually be able to get them to come out and look at leaking roofs, etc. Maybe good time to shine light on what is actually going on in stores and how few people they are scheduli...

They keep yanking out the traditional registers/express registers and replacing them with more and more Self Checkout "clusters". We now have three clusters o...

After a decade of being treated like crap and **** from society I decided that I will no longer work for this company full time. I reached a breaking point last month and had a melt down. Since they rolled out the digital coupon crap it's gotten worse. With technology advancing and society being stuck up...

What is the point of the ongoing front-end evaluations? This has been happening at the location I work at as a cashier. No-one knows why this is happening.

the two week notice you gave to your CSM said a certain date in the middle of next week was to be your last day, but the schedule they've posted online for next week completely ignores that date and has you scheduled the whole week?

If someone shows up in a red t-shirt with DoorDash on it to shop for and deliver groceries to someone, will Kroger management approach and ask them to leave? Just curious if that's someone Kroger wants to eventually do. What are the general public's rights to start their own business of shopping on b...

My store manager and Admin Assistant said they haven't heard from our union rep in over two weeks. My store manager said that the union rep isn't returning anyone's calls and the last two email I sent haven't been returned. Are the Union reps just sitting until everything shakes out? My store manager s...

Could someone get in trouble for scanning something out as a demo then throwing it in the trash? They say it will help you shrink but it sounds like fudging numbers to me.
