Hopefully the UFCW team can earn their union dues and not negotiate on their knees with Kroger management. Especially in Atlanta's best labor market in about 15 years since the Olympics in mid 1990's. And Walmart at min $10 per hr since February 2016, with NO UNION. If these guys can't get new starting...

Hey everybody, Does anybody by chance know how to open Deli? I've got to do it two days in a row. And although I asked to be on one of the days that one of the more experienced Deli people is there to show me a few things. And for sure I will be taking notes. But still I have NEVER done this before and although I wi...

Well, not if you happen to be a male. However, if you're a female you may have facial piercings. At least, that's the way it seems at the Kroger in Bowling Green, OH. I work as a cashier and I have my lip pierced, but I have to take it out everytime I go to work. There are many females at this store with faci...

I had an interview on Sunday but received the congratulations letter stating to log on to Onboarding Portal. Will I receive a phone call or email for my drug test or anything. I was advised after the interview that they had to do a background check, what is the next step before I can start working?

I have been a recruiter/ service director for 7 months. Which is the I store hourly person who does all the hiring and orientation. At first I liked it but management made the job a night mare. I get blamed for our turn over, when minors use the bailer or trash compactor after the read and signed the safety...

I want to sign up for the card, but I still need to call and activate it. I tried to do it online but for a strange reason everytime I did it, it showed I wasn't entering somethin...

I would like to express my gratitude to one of your employees, Mr. Ayube for returning my purse to the customer service after I had left it in one of the grocery carts outside in the parking lot. I really appreciate the high level of his integrity. I will continue to...

Left a few months ago because of pay. Lately I've heard the 1996 negotiations might get pay up to $9 an hour. Would that apply to courtesy clerks? Should I apply again now so that I'd be in before the raises take affect? Are these raises real at all?

For me it would be the notation that "A Highly Satisfied Customer Made This Paycheck Possible." Last time I looked it was KROGER that issued the check and not John Q Public

When you got terminated what did they do? Did they tell you right away? Or did they wait a week or so to tell you?

I find it rude these people will empty my shelves and leave nothing for other customers. Kroger needs to Adopt a New Coupon Policy and ENFORCE up on the front.

What happens if you keep failing store walks?

If you have read the TOS for Yodel it gives Kroger the right to monitor posts-what I post when I am off the clock and in my own home is none of their business. Tbat is why I like this fourm.

What is the procedure for filing for retirement from Kroger? I will be eligible for Social Security at the end of the summer and was wondering what I need to do. Do I need to give a two-week notice? How does this work?
