I work in the front end as a cashier, and recently a lot of the other cashiers also have had our hours cut down from 30ish hours to at most 17 a week.And the worst part is, we have almost no baggers scheduled. Have they made any changes to the ELMS formula? I have noticed in the past year, that it is getting harder to make ELMS, specifically with items that have a large quantities (such as someone having 40 Kool-Aid packets). These orders used to bring my ELMS sky high. Now, I am lucky to get over 100%.
