We have someone in our store that works Customer Service and SCO who is perpetually cheerful. Greets every damm customer that walks in the door and greets them on their way out. ANNOYING!! Do you have someone like that in your store?

Manager hired an pea head in the department. Apparently, the employee does not know how to communicate, no critical thinking, asked the manager "can I go to the bathroom?" This employee works in an department that requires critical thinking. Is this equality or DEI?

Heard from my Union rep that 431 is in a mess with the current management. I have had telephone exchanges with Ingrid and she was VERY rude. 441 not much better, 3 MOD were transferred out and the store manager has a string of complaints against her (the most recent one filed last week.) WTH is going on?!?...
