I developed anxiety attacks after working for several years at a location with toxic karens being well B*itches to the extreme and the company just kissing their @sses left and right. Now that has developed into anxiety over the years. We got a new lead last year and coupled with the manager being a dic...

Why Department Managers always bribe customers? An good worker always get tested but the Dm always get gift cards from customers. This sounds corrupted.

It sure took long enough for the current manager to undo all the scheduling damage the prior manager did out of bias discrimination justification decisions. My hours are now back to where they were before the old manager played the screw you game and tried to use classic firing tactics to get me to move...

I'm in the southwest division and I'm looking to move up. I'm currently a front end supervisor, and would like to be an ACSM next. So what's the pay roughly? I've currently have a little more than 4 months on floors, and about 1 1/2 years of work experience at Kroger. By the time the next program comes arou...

I'm fed up with the unfairness at this company. We have two staff out in my department and both are claiming "colds or flues". Good f* I am so fed up with the unfairness at this company. If I have to work sick, you should too. Not only does this show what side of the equation you stand on it shows to your team me...

Anyone know who the genetic retard that made this change? BLACK? So Fing cheap you can see through the new shirts they give you? The stupid apron/SLAVE collar you're "supposed" to wear that is uncomfortable and feels like you're being choked by a really weak midget for hours? Seriously, WTF was that g...

Yesterday I was in a hurry to leave after work because I had somewhere to be; plus i was tired from organizing the backroom to get ready for a SUPER LARGE order that was coming in for today. I was in the line yesterday with a couple items and a 12pk beer I was getting. This woman bitching about moneybin her a...

I usually don't mind being a team player, my coworker says she doesn't lie and her speach says that but her actions also dictate other wise. More than once she's asked to change or alter shifts. I usually don't mind but she's always asking last minute. More than once she's said "I have a major medical app...

It happened before I got there (my shift started at 5PM)-turns out someone p****d her off. She said "I am done." Shut her register off, grabbed her things and walked OUT.

Please show up to work and stop calling out repeatedly. Thank you. When you call out repeatedly it puts the work load on your coworkers and it becomes clear that you dont need the job all that badly. Please quit if you are going to call out for more than 20% of your shifts. That works out to one call out a we...

Our 6PM close went very smoothy. One of our managers was turning away people that wanted to come in literally at the last minute to shop. Announcements were made aprox 45 minutes before closing and every 15 minutes our FES would do a reminder. I swung by Publix when I got off (they closed at 7PM) and I left...

We had an issue last Monday night where I got halfway thru the order then she tells me it's Instacart. Had to void out the whole damm thing. There needs to be a limit of ONE Instacart per order. At my old store we had a FULL TIME employee just doing such orders. These people hold up regular customers some tha...

On the old esced website, the sick pay equation would average 8 hrs for every 40 worked. On this new system it sucks. I average 32 hrs a week and I only gain about 1.25 hrs for every 8 hrs worked. It would take a year of not calling out once to accrue a full damn bank. I did call the union about this when we first s...

Can you file a grievance against a co-manager who is constantly telling your leader and back up leader you're not doing your job even though they both know you are?
