Team work keeps getting expressed to me but How can there be team work when you stand alone, while the others treat you like ****, there is not team. I got into work today. Nothing got documented until I said something then it was al...

Do not understand why we can't have water at registers as long as it is in a secure bottle...understand about sodas and food...but water...it gets very warm up front and we need to stay hydrate.

So basically a small game where you sum up everything about Kroger's 2017 in a short motto. Kroger's, where corporate ego is more important than money or you.

I need help in writing a resignation letter explaining why I'm resigning, without sounding horrible. I want to just write: I'm resigning in 2 weeks, not because I don't like my job, but because I can't work with people when I know they don't like me and treat me like **** everyday. I can no longer do eve...

Anyone promoted to Lead wanna share their pay raise process? Did you have to negotiate anything or did they just hook you up? For instance, I primarily work Dairy (4 yrs) but am classified as a part-time Grocery Clerk. Been getting interest from district folks to run my own store. What my current Dair...

What is the Probationary Period timeframe? The concept is included in the Employee Handbook but it doesn't provide the length of time. (Store location is Dallas TX)

I got one of the 4 FULL TIME spots in the Deli!!!! Albeit, my DH was like since we are all essentially one dept. And even though we are getting in a new person to the bakery...He doesn't want to leave his bakery back up high and dry while we have the new person. So even though I'll be dubbed full time on the 23rd...

at every register there is a soda with a paper attached to it that reads , "If the cashier does not ask you about (name of the organization accepting the donations) this soda is yours for free) , when cashiers are asking about donations. Curious if it happens to be like this at every store .. ?

Has anyone ever worked / ran clicklist before? We are getting it at our store finally and I am going to be the front runner for the position. Is it difficult to run? How big is your store? Does it do a lot of business?

I'm new to Uscan, and yesterday was my first day on the thing. Do any of you have any tips for me? I learned the hard way not to give cartons of cigarettes to people at Uscan, cause a couple guys saw that I'm new and they pretty much stole them while they promised me they were going to exchange something at the...

I've been shown once, but that was it. All I remember for transferring items is sign in, click CAO, and scan the item, and type in your department number. There is a step here I missed. What you click after CAO I can't remember. All I remember for CAP is sign in, click CAO, choose inventory (I think) scan it...

Me and another guy are the only closers who seem to care about our bathrooms-the other closers who work when we are not there just don't clean them. Can anyone give some tips on how to deal with anxiety at work when it comes to talking to people? I struggle badly with social anxiety. Don't get me wrong -- I have worked with the company for 6 years, and have many good relationships with regulars, so I know that I am capable of talking to customers. Bu...

I am constantly getting left with 1st shifts mess because they can't do their jobs. When I'm done it is almost perfect. Why do I bother, when 1st shift doesn't get told about it. No one gets wrote up anymore.
