I'm a super hard worker, and I bust my ass for my store (by my own choice) -- I genuinely enjoy working in my store's dairy department. Yeah, yogurt is annoying, but besides that, it's really not that bad. Good co-workers there too. I condition the entire department before my shift is done, every singl...

My store is creating a "safe space" for employees who can't handle other employees opinions. They are setting the break-room aside for 2 hours a day where employees can go for a few minutes at a time if they feel they need to "get away" from the harshness of store environment. How can I change it from my home, so that I don't have to go to my work place on my day off? I have answered all the questions correctly, after all they pertai...

I get a call on Friday asking if I'm showing up. Someone wrote me in on the schedule on Thursday or Friday, but didn't bother to tell me. Wh...

Can Kroger fire me for calling off? They haven't put me on any steps when I should be on a step 2 by now and it's been a month? Some people say they can and some say they can't because I haven't been told about being on a step 1, 2, or 3
