Hours are so low on the front end at my store that one employee didn't get any hours this week, but was placed on call. This employee has been calling everyday to see if they are needed and they get told no everyday, that we don't have the hours. I could see this if sales were low, but were busier than ever....

ive been at Kroger since July and so far I've called off twice, once due to illness and i've provided a doctors note. How many excused/unexcused absences do you get before they terminate you? Also, I'm in the cincinnati and Dayton area Union so does the absence depend on what union youre apart of?
