It would be nice if our discount worked from division to division. I was in Richmond, Indiana today and bought a couple things in their Kroger store and didn't get my discount. I don't even live that far away from the store either. It's only like an hour away from my store. -_-

lol. I just checked my schedule. I am off the 24th, 25th and 26th!! I have never been off before and after Christmas Day.....ever in the last 6 years. This will be interesting to see if my senior coworkers bump me for those days.

And I couldn't be happier. I am a full time engineering student with a minor in mathematics/computer science. I will now have time to actually focus and study. :D I love the people I work with, but oh man, do I hate customers. I cashier.

Was wondering if anyone on here knows when the company starts the process in vesting into your pension? Example, you get hired in at full time status, does the vesting start from date of hire, or after a certain amount of months? Employed 10 years, thanks!

I haven't been feeling well and I can't work my scheduled shift. Who do you talk to when you call in? I'm a cashier, so would I talk to one of the front end managers or the regular store manager or is it someone else? Can they deny you calling in and make you come in anyway? does your manager come around with a clipboard asking you to sign it? They always make you feel rushed so you don't really get to read what you're signing but they tell you that "you're signing it because you're in xxx dept and xxx got injured"
