I was just recently hired on as a Nutrition Associate and am currently waiting for my background check to process. I'm worried that the number of points on my driving record will eliminate my employment (I have 8 points, which has an OVI that was reduced to Reckless Operation). Has anybody had the same...

I was at Frys store 130 shopping at around 10pm and the cashier was very nice and appoligetic toward me. The cashier was yani and she called for someone to help her bag while the other two associates stood and continued to talk at self checkout. It was rude and there was one lane open and a line of waiting cu...

I don't understand what Kroger's wants me to do?? When I heard about the new "fresh and friendly" thing, I thought "finally, an initiative right up my alley!" So when I got fresh with a customer and he complained, I'm not sure what I did wrong? Was I maybe not friendly enough?

Some have print so small tall you have to press your nose against them just to read it. Oh and they're in tw...

Recently, our department has gone from bad to worse, whereas most nights we used to have (at least) three people that would work evenings and get off at staggered times like 7,8 and 9 or 8,9 and 10.. lately, it has gone down to only two people to work from 4pm to close. A lot of people have quit or have trans...

I am a part timer trying to get full time at my store. but was told due to something called ELM, our hours keep getting cut. What exactly is this and why does the union not help current employees achieve full time status? Their response is to "bump" a person hired in after you if you want hours e...

The person who developed E-Schedule and the person who bought it should both be fired. They assume everyone can do every job in the department. The original E-schedule for the bakery had a guy who isn't even in the bakery scheduled to bake bread. It would be interesting to see someone who has nev...
