I am not at all surprised most of you failed to read and comprehend the contracts we signed. Most of my coworkers are surprised or clueless what they voted for. This is why you read the damn contract. You people just cowered voted to not strike. Grow a damn back bone.

Every store has a small hand full of customers that take advantage of discount programs and some of them really bad. Management gave me the "Okay" to tell them "No" from here on out. It's one thing to say "Can I get a discount on this? It's eligible to standards." It's fine if it's like a one time thing here...

Many staff in my area recently got the retro check for the union contract agreement. Many of my fellow coworkers didn't get a pay check this week. If you didn't get one contact corporate and inquire about this issue. It's illegal to not get paid.

Our lazy aff coworker disappears for 3 hours of his shift, is scatterbrained so nothing gets done in a timely manner if it even gets done at all and is very challenged in doing any of his job duties outside the basic clerk duties of the position. We have someone in our store that works Customer Service and SCO who is perpetually cheerful. Greets every damm customer that walks in the door and greets them on their way out. ANNOYING!! Do you have someone like that in your store?

Heard from my Union rep that 431 is in a mess with the current management. I have had telephone exchanges with Ingrid and she was VERY rude. 441 not much better, 3 MOD were transferred out and the store manager has a string of complaints against her (the most recent one filed last week.) WTH is going on?!?...
