Are they making your job easier or harder? Is the software good? Are the Zebra units good quality? (speaking of...

I've been gone a long while and a lot's happened. I'd like your thoughts/stories on how this pandemic has affected you and your job---i.e., the mandatory masking, vaccine push, short staffing / store supplies, etc. I'd also like your feedback on how many stores across the country all of a sudden wen...

Just gonna wear these masks forever? Hardly anyone else has to wear them. None of the fast food joints are even wearing masks anymore, and they are actually handling people's food. So what's the point now? Tired of this BS.

I am the dairy lead for a store that is pretty high volume (some weeks above 1mill) and have been working on reducing our backstock as much as possible. For the past 2 weeks i have been cutting our trucks each day by 100-350 pieces. That alone has nearly halved our backstock, however; I am spending at the v...

About 4 months ago I got fired from my store as a courtesy clerk. I was already working there for 4 months, good slate, did my job, never had any previous warnings. Upon one of my breaks I decided to get a starbucks (not unusual, I would often do this) and pay my share and go on my way. This time the Barista did...

Has anyone ever signed up for this? And if so, what are the pros and cons of this? Is it part of the current insurance that employees are getting, or an extension? Will any money be taken out of the paycheck? I'm already doing ok with the insurance and I'm on a copay deal with my doctors office, but every lit...
