Every year for the past 12 years I've taken the same 2 weeks off every year. The week for Thanksgiving and the week for Christmas. Today, I found out that the department manager changed those weeks without telling me. I did not agree to this and I will not be in town. What can I do?

Our st ore keeps getting bags without handles and this is creating a ton of customer complaining. It got so bad we stripped the front end of all handled bags and forced people to take no handle bags.
