I was recently under a doctors order to quarantine for 14 days yesterday was my first day back and I was told by store management that my LOA finally was approved on yesterday. Question is how do I find out if I am getting paid for my time loss?? And if any one has gotten paid during this time does it come like...

This one isn't "bad" per se, but I'd still like to know why they think this **** is okay. This pic is old but I don't believe I've ever posted it here before. As you can see, the pallet is on the ground yet just a tiny bit away from the opened door. I.e. there's no way for us at the store level to get this palle...

So, we were told corporate said that it's time to start getting back to normal in our area. This means higher ups will start doing walks again like "normal" to point out what's wrong, etc. WTF are these people drinking or what drugs are they high on? It isn't "normal" and won't be normal for quite some tim...

I'm a pickup employee. Yesterday i took an order outside and set the brake on the palley. The load must have been too heavy and the brake failed and the palley ran into the car next to it. I doubt it did much damage from being hit by plastic totes and the car looked fine to me. If they call and complain how much...

My store manager is requiring employees to come in sick. I tried to call out yesterday and he told me to call him back in two hours "when you might feel better." Is this even legal? I am in the Local 1996 Atlanta GA area. I ended up coming in because the hassle of calling out wasn't worth it

All stores in my area are getting click list and I'm sick of the front end and am who knows how far away from having a mental blow out with the next @$$ hole customer. Right now customer @$$ holiness is at an all time high and I don't know how much more of it I can take... Long story short I want out. My question:...

We should not have to touch the timeclock that 200 other people touch every day. Not safe at all! Please don't shrug it off and tell me to wash my hands(I do) or wipe down the clock(I do), or use sanitizer,(I do), so our union should protect us and have an alternate way to track our working time. Thanks!...

I know this might be controversial to say. Okay, first just let me say I hate Kroger corporate. I know there are a lot of things wrong with the company. All I'm saying is (which I never thought I would ever say) is I am thankful I work in the grocery industry right now. My immediate family members, extended...

With the corona virus spreading like crazy, and still no hazard pay for the employees, at what point would you stop coming to work? For me personally, I would stop coming to work if any employee in my store gets the virus. It doesn't matter which shift they work or which department they are in. The moment...

The other day I was talking a perishable item back to where it needed to go. A person walks past me, turns around, approaches me with a fearful look on their face, and shoves their phone less than two inches from my vision. Didn't speak a word, use sign language, or even made hand gestures. I gave them a ge...
