Okay, at my store currently it is me and the GM manager working DrugGM. The store I work at is small, located in Nashville Area. First, I changed departments from Front End to GM, but I didnt get raise which was odd (working 3 years+). Then, when I moved to GM it was stuff everywhere (expired, backstock, n...

Why do we have to show our driver's license and type in our social security number twice into the keypad to cash our payroll check?

That is why I am here and not there.

Getting sick of hearing this over the PA system. I hate rednecks and I don't hear someone that sounds like Dolly Parton.

Just curious if every store does one and what you got fed this year. I know every store gets a set amount they can spend (it isn't a lot). We had a taco bar and every shift got food (even night crew who normally gets squat).

Our manager always insists on all hands on deck for these two holidays but everything has already been done days in advance. All we do is hand out boxes to people occasionally. So i...

Did anybody here get any fruitcakes in their store this year? We got none of any kind. Now I particularly don't like fruitcake, but we always sold a ton of them. I was talking to someone earlier today and she said she went to several stores and couldn't even find the fruitcake mix that's usually in the...

Be honest how is Kroger as a Company? I hear they are not doing any remodels or building stores while Publix is expanding to other states. Doers this mean kroger is at a stand still? Is the company really doing as good as they say? At one time Kroger was buying up small companies. At one time I thought they...

Don't do it. You will work 80+ hours per week, many times 7 days a week.. and it will still not be enough due to staffing issues and an ungrateful, unhelpful DM who will constantly threaten you with write ups and termination. You will have zero level of job security here even if your really good and are mak...
