Is there a new policy. The store manager tried to tell a clicklist customer to pay inside. The Clicklist customer refused, then got mad. Store manager also told a customer service person that, Clicklist is supposed to pay inside. Why? Any new updates about Clicklist?

The endless stream of bologna-flavored alphabet soup from the Kroger inspired my to create an acronym that I will not speak aloud but will be thinking sometimes. Stands for I Don't Know And I Can't Find Out. I'm so terribly sorry and have a great thank you for shopping at (brand store).

Any one else getting pissed off customers regarding the new cash back policy? Attach a fee to any thing regardless of the total and they get pissed.

2 courtesy clerks at the location I work at as a cashier are now cashiering, but they are still being paid the courtesy clerk hourly rate. What is the likelihood that these 2 courtesy clerks will be paid the hourly rate of a cashier?

I recently transferred to a much higher volume store with a sea of go-back carts floating around the front end every day. Some days we get it down to 3 or 4 carts, but other days Ive counted as many as 12. Some of the lifers have told me that this has been the case for decades across many sets of managers, with...

The bookkeeper is bullying me by finding every little detail about my job I'm not doing right and giving me lectures even though I've been at the job eight years and she's treating me like I'm day one. She has no respect for me and keeps trying to find ways to get me punished or written up. She has more sen...

At my kroger I saw it all: 1. "Oh we need to make a display, grab the table people eat off of and put a sign next to it and there's your display!" 2. "Oh we need to make a display for special holidays like Valentines day, grab the tables from the break room, the tables from the dining area, and make your display...

Every year for the past 12 years I've taken the same 2 weeks off every year. The week for Thanksgiving and the week for Christmas. Today, I found out that the department manager changed those weeks without telling me. I did not agree to this and I will not be in town. What can I do?

The union guy told me I don't have to stock things like coca cola but one of the asm's is always wanting me to either stock vendor product or set up the vendor endcaps. Today she wanted me to set the endcaps for powerade and gold peak tea and when I brought up the union rep telling her it's not my job she preten...

Our st ore keeps getting bags without handles and this is creating a ton of customer complaining. It got so bad we stripped the front end of all handled bags and forced people to take no handle bags.
