Be more thankful when employees get you items from the back. Thank you. I've had multiple people go crazy on me for trying to do the good deed and go out of the way to get items for people they request. No good deed goes unpunished at Kroger. This b.s. is what makes me loose respect for humanity.

I told the mom, if you don't want your kid buy anything th...

This is mindless corporate paper work that has zero reason to do it. This task takes about 10-15 min away from could of been working time a day times how ever many employees you force to do it. A young dog got loose from its owner and ran straight into our store looking for playmates. This dog was super friendly and bounced at anyone who even looked at it. I work at the Fuel Center. Last night a customer (young kid early 20s) made a very sexual remark to me. I am old enough to be his MOM! My closing manager had already left for the night. What do you do in your store when you need a manager and no one is available at night?

You would think that if the lights are OFF that would indicate we are CLOSED!!

They keep telling me I have to do all these training modules. So far it's eleven. I've heard other employees talk about how they have to take training on stuff that has nothing to do with their job. Customer said "this is the first time in 10 years I have seen you smile"-said she "has known me" for 10 years. Came to the window snapping that we "always" ask her for ID for cigarettes. Told her we now just ask for DOB. Told her that "this is my face"-said I always "looked unhappy" to her. Told her I am a seri...
